Why this might not be you
Many organisations share one internet address. If you work in an office or use a corporate network or cloud security service, your colleagues' activity, automated integrations, or other traffic from the same address can reach the limit even if you've done nothing unusual.
What to do now
- Wait a few minutes, then try again. The limit clears automatically once traffic from your network drops.
- Avoid repeatedly refreshing or resubmitting. Extra requests can keep the limit in place for longer.
- Check that your last action was saved before you continue, especially if you were entering or changing a booking.
If it keeps happening
- Let your IT team know. They can check whether an integration, script or other system on your network is sending a large volume of requests.
- Contact Mobiledock support at assistance@mobiledock.com, and tell us your organisation name and roughly when it happened. Please don't include passwords or sensitive data. Where there's a legitimate need for higher volumes, we can review options with your organisation's authorised contact.
For IT administrators and integration owners
If you run an integration or an API client, a 429 response means "too many requests". Reduce the request rate, and retry after the delay shown in the response. Rate Limit for Integrations
