As the business has scaled, the complexity of coordinating multiple customers, carriers, and freight types within a single facility has increased significantly. LTS identified the need for a more configurable and robust platform for its loading docks, delivering strict data separation, operational consistency and deeper operational insight and transparency to its partners.
