21 May Safe Pickup and Delivery with COVID-19 Checks
MobileDOCK is assisting customers manage operations, in a safe and efficient manner, during COVID-19 pandemic as we return to work. In conjunction with the Delivery Distancing capabilities of MobileDOCK, we are offering our customers a complimentary update to their MobileDOCK Check In/Out workflow, to record driver responses to health questions, and record the drivers temperature. In the arrival workflow step, the driver will be required to answer questions such as:
- Do you have any flu-like symptoms?
- Have you been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
- What is your temperature?
This will help our customers keep their workplaces safe and operating normally, by recording this information before allowing drivers on site, keeping employees safe.
