As carriers, suppliers, tenants and other authorised organisation users make bookings, vehicles arrive and depart, a location is able to monitor the daily operations in real-time.

Mobiledock offers a variety of monitoring tools for every need.
Use of the bookings list allows a user to have a dashboard of bookings relevant to their function. A gate guard might filter the list by appointments which are approved, and due today. A distribution centre coordinator might want to see those bookings which require manual approval, or those which have not shown up on time.
A timeline view is a great tool to visualise progress throughout the day, whilst the Location map can display which bays/spaces are occupied by vehicles, for bookings on site.
