Mobiledock is an active member of leading logistics, warehousing, facilities management and supply chain associations across the markets we serve. Our memberships reflect our keen interest and commitment to industry best practice, continuous improvement, and the communities our customers operate in. Here are a selection of industry based associations and affiliations that Mobiledock is involved with.

Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association (ASCLA)

Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association (ASCLA)

ASCLA — the Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association — is the largest network of supply chain professionals in the country. The name reflects a bold vision to unite and grow the supply chain and logistics community across Australasia and beyond. With the acquisition of Supply Chain Partners (SCP) in 2024, ASCLA brings together two respected industry leaders under one banner, expanding from its Australian foundations into New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and globally.

Mobiledock was welcomed as a Platinum National Partner of ASCLA, recognised for its work enabling seamless, data-driven dock scheduling for logistics networks. ASCLA describes Mobiledock as an Australian SaaS start-up focused on transforming one of supply chain's most overlooked challenges — the loading dock — noting that despite wider supply chain digitisation, docks are still commonly managed with phone calls, emails, and spreadsheets, leading to congestion, delays, demurrage charges, additional labour, and lost value.

ASCLA's announcement describes Mobiledock as having grown through deep collaboration with customers — co-designing, testing, and refining features directly with industry users — and that Mobiledock is widely adopted across Australia and New Zealand, with expansion into markets including the USA, UK, and Colombia.

UKWA Member

United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA)

Established in 1944 and originally named the National Association of Inland Warehouse Keepers, the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) is the UK's leading trade association for the warehousing sector.

UKWA represents 1,000 member businesses who together operate around 200 million square feet of warehousing and distribution space across thousands of locations. As Britain's leading trade organisation solely dedicated to warehousing, UKWA helps its members operate safely, ethically, and profitably, safeguarding industry standards and ensuring their views are represented clearly and effectively to government. UKWA also organises and hosts 20+ high-profile industry-specific events each year, creating networking opportunities for members. UKWA

Its core activities include representing members' views to government and policy influencers, promoting the warehousing and wider logistics industry, protecting member interests through effective Conditions of Contract, and raising industry standards through training and best practice.

Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA

Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA

Established in 1988, the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) is the peak national body for facilities management, representing and supporting professionals and organisations responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of buildings, precincts, and community infrastructure.

FMA currently has around 2,700 members across both corporate and individual categories. Member services span research, advocacy, industry standards development, events, education and professional development, and support for special interest groups. The FMA hosts two flagship events — the FM Industry Awards for Excellence in November, and Ideaction, the National FM Conference & Exhibition in May/June.

A primary focus is ensuring that the needs of facilities managers are understood and considered in government and business policy formulation and decision making. FMA is a founding partner of Global FM, enabling members to engage with allied FM organisations internationally, and is also a member of the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council (ASBEC).

The FMA is particularly relevant to Mobiledock given the sectors we serve — hospitals, shopping centres, and commercial precincts are all core FMA constituencies, and dock/vehicle arrival management is a real operational pain point in those environments.
