Linfox Provides Enhanced Service to Their Customers

Linfox Australia has implemented MobileDOCK at their Erskine Park distribution centre to provide their customers with more controlled delivery scheduling, and real-time performance reporting. Linfox has taken full advantage of the enhanced reporting capabilities in MobileDOCK to report both carrier and distribution center delivery performance.
Linfox is able to configure multiple dashboards to show performance of booked deliveries to report timeliness and carrier arrivals, and time on site, highlighting late arrivals and slow load/unload times. These same dashboards are available to Linfox customers to provide transparent reporting and management.
