How do I reset my password?

That is a trick question. Passwords are not required to register for MobileDOCK, or access your MobileDOCK account. MobileDOCK uses your email address and email system to validate you are who you say you are. When you register with MobileDOCK, your username will be your email address, and a validation email will be sent to you when you register. When you tap on the verification link in this email, this verifies you are who you say you are.

So your email is your MobileDOCK security. Makes sense really. One less password to remember.

How do I register/setup my company?

You are able to set your company up as an Organisation in MobileDOCK yourself, and have that Organisation verified by MobileDOCK. The verification process makes sure your company is not already set up in MobileDOCK, and that your company is a genuine legal entity. For this we will require a legal business identifier, such as business number, company number, or control number normally issued by a country or state governing body.

To set up your company as an Organisation:

  1. Make sure you are registered as a MobileDOCK User.
  2. Go to the Organisations menu on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Tap on the “Add Organisation+” button to begin. You will be asked if you want to Join (an existing Organisation) or Create (a new Organisation)
  4. Select “Create” to begin setting up your Organisation in MobileDOCK.
  5. Enter the Name and Description of your Organisation
  6. When completed, tap on the “Create Organisation” button.
    • Your organisation will be created, in an “Unverified” status. This means your Organisation has not yet be validated by MobileDOCK.
    • It will usually take 4-12 hours for MobileDOCK to validate your Organisation, and give it a “Verified” status.
      • Organisation does not already exist in MobileDOCK
      • The business identifier used matches the name used
      • If the email address domain matches the Organisation name used
    • Until your Organisation is verified, your new Organisation will not be able to participate in bookings.
    • If there are any issues validating your Organisation details, MobileDOCK staff will email you for clarification.
